Willowbrook Apartments are 2 and 3 Bedroom Townhouse Units that are available in Belle Fourche.

Section 8 Assistance is accepted on these units. Otherwise there are no income guidelines for occupancy.

To be eligible for participation, an   applicant must meet HUD’s criteria.

The applicant must pass a criminal background check.

The households annual income may not exceed the applicable income limits

Applicants must provide a social security card, births certificates or legal ID, proof of income, and assets for all household members.

All applicants must furnish evidence of citizenship or eligible immigration  status.
